Membership Tiers and Benefits
We offer several membership levels to fit your fan experience:
- Basic Member:
Access to early ticket sales, monthly newsletters, and a digital membership card. - Premium Member:
Includes all Basic benefits, plus 10% discount on merchandise, invitations to Q&A sessions with players, and priority parking on match days. - Family Membership:
Designed for families up to four people, includes seats in family-friendly stadium sections and discounts on youth tickets. - VIP Membership:
Premium benefits plus exclusive access to VIP lounges, anniversary gifts, and meet-and-greet tickets with players and coaching staff.
How to Join
- Navigate to Membership Page:
Go to the official Zendesk FC website and click on “Membership” in the main menu. - Choose Your Tier:
Review the benefits and prices of each tier. Select the one that best suits your needs. - Register Your Details:
Provide your full name, email, mailing address, and date of birth. If purchasing Family Membership, enter all members’ details. - Payment:
Pay securely by credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment plans are available for Premium and VIP memberships. - Confirmation and Digital Card:
Instantly receive an email confirmation with your member ID and digital membership card to add to your smartphone. - Start Enjoying Your Benefits:
Log in with your membership account to access priority ticket sales, exclusive news, and member-only competitions.
Important Notes
- Memberships are valid for one year from date of purchase and renew automatically unless canceled.
- Updating your details can be done anytime via your online account.
- Lost membership cards can be reissued — contact support for assistance.
- Membership cannot be transferred or shared.
